Terms of Service

These terms govern the Mars Lab Partners program. By submitting our form, joining the program or using our client portal, you agree to them.

The partnership

We provide done-for-you marketing — advertising, social media, search visibility and related work — with no management fee, in exchange for your practice using Mars USA Dental Lab for its restorative lab work. There is no long-term contract; either side may end the partnership at any time.

What you provide

• Account access. Manager or partner access to the business accounts we need — Facebook Page, Instagram, advertising account, Google Business Profile and website. You remain the owner of every account throughout.
• Advertising budget. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta. We never mark it up or take a share of it, and you set the amount.
• Accurate information about your practice for use in campaigns and listings, and reasonable responsiveness so campaigns can go live.

What we provide

• Setup and ongoing management of your campaigns, content and listing on the accounts you connect.
• Reporting on performance through your client portal.
• Lab services under our standard turnaround, pricing and quality terms.

Results and expectations

Marketing outcomes depend on your market, budget, competition and how your practice handles enquiries. Any figures shown on our website are targets or examples of results achieved elsewhere — they are not a guarantee of your results, and individual results vary.

Exclusivity

Where we describe an area as reserved, we mean we do not take on a second partner practice in that area while the partnership is active. Areas are defined by us in good faith and confirmed with you before you join.

Your accounts and data

We use the access you grant only to deliver the services described above. Our handling of your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke access at any time using our data deletion instructions.

Ending the partnership

You may end the partnership at any time by telling us. On request we will remove ourselves from your accounts promptly. Assets built for you — your ad account, listing, content and audience — remain yours. Outstanding lab invoices remain payable.

Liability

We provide our marketing services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from the marketing services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Lab work is covered by our standard lab warranty and remake policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes affecting active partners will be communicated directly.
