Data Deletion Instructions

You are always in control of the accounts you connect to us, and of the information we hold about you. This page explains how to remove our access and how to request deletion of your data.

1. Remove our access to your accounts

You can do this yourself at any time, without contacting us:

• Facebook and Instagram — go to business.facebook.com → Business settings → Partners → find Ecom Solutions / Mars Lab Partners → Remove.
• Facebook app permissions — on Facebook go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select Mars Lab Partners → Remove.
• Google Business Profile — open your Business Profile → Business Profile settings → People and access → select our email address → Remove.
• Website or hosting — remove our user from your site's Users or Collaborators section.

Removing access takes effect immediately and stops our ability to manage those accounts.

2. Request deletion of your data

Email hello@marslabpartners.com from the address you signed up with, using the subject line "Delete my data". Please include your practice name so we can locate your record.

We will delete the personal information we hold about you — your contact details, form submissions, chat messages, portal account and any stored account identifiers — within 30 days, and email you to confirm when it is done.

What we may keep

We may retain records we are legally required to keep, such as lab order and invoicing history, and anonymized statistics that cannot identify you.
