This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers marslabpartners.com, our client portal, and any data we access through the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google platforms when you connect your accounts to us.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Details you give us — your name, practice name, email address, phone number and practice location when you submit a form, start a chat, or complete onboarding.
• Account access you grant — if you use "Connect your accounts", you authorize us, through Meta's and Google's official APIs, to be added as a manager or partner on your Facebook Page, Instagram account, advertising account and/or Google Business Profile.
• Information from those accounts — once connected, we access the campaign, page and listing data needed to run and report on your marketing.
• Usage data — standard website analytics such as pages viewed, referring source and device type.

How we use Meta and Google data

We use the access you grant only to deliver the marketing services you signed up for: creating and managing advertising campaigns, publishing content, and maintaining your business listing on your behalf. We request the minimum permissions required to do this.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it for any purpose beyond running your campaigns.

Access tokens generated during the connect flow are used to establish the partner relationship and are not retained afterwards. Ongoing access exists as a standard partner or manager relationship inside your own Business Manager and Google account — which you control and can revoke at any time.

How we use the rest

• To contact you about the partner program and your campaigns.
• To provide the client portal, including your reports, documents and messages.
• To improve our website and services.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand how visitors find and use our site, and to measure our own advertising. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your control

You remain the owner of every account you connect. You can remove our access at any time — see our data deletion instructions for exactly how. Removing access stops our ability to manage those accounts immediately.

Sharing

We never sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate — for example website hosting and email delivery — under confidentiality obligations, or where we are required to by law.

Data retention

We keep your business details for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@marslabpartners.com and we will respond within 30 days. We honour applicable privacy rights, including those under GDPR and the CCPA where they apply to you.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
